I really wonder why people think it is acceptable to get lower pay while in training. When you work at any job outside the home as an employee, your starting pay is not less while you are in training. Why should your pay for MT be less while you are in training? Just because you do the work from home, it should in no way bring down the value of the work done. Sadly, way too many people accept it and that is why it continues.
