I'm not averse to lower rates while on full QA. 5 cents, though--for editing maybe; not ST.
I contracted w/ one small not so long ago. I got about 7 cpl while on full QA (getting used to the different docs at that office), then when my files had to be checked only occasionally I got 8 cpl, then when I was off & running I got 9 or 10 cpl.
tl;dr
That's reasonable, I think.
