I personally was hoping that with India doing transcription for so cheap, that they would want more pay eventually and that their services would no longer be as cheap as they are now. But, it is not happening that way. They still work for a penny a line. I guess if India cost of living increases, so would their line rates. I also hoped that somebody would organize over there like a union demanding better pay, but I guess they take any penny they can get to feed their families. I guess I was hoping supply and demand would kick in over there, but it has not. They still are grateful for every penny they get.
