The last couple weeks I've had audio issues.
I have a top notch computer, Windows 7, work on Enterprise 5, but trouble with audio loading, etc. I doubt that it is your computer. Seriously.
This has happened off and on in the past. What I do which sometimes works, sometimes not, is to clear all my cookies, etc, with the CC Cleaner.
Do not buy Word until you know which version you need. Right now it is Word 2010 for some and Word 2013 for others.
IT cannot supply Word because of business rules. It is not Nuance greed, they just cannot do it. Greed is Bill Gates.
