I couldn't be more happier with it. In fact, I will never buy a new computer again.

As far as Nuance, though, don't be too quick to blame your computer. There are several people working in the Solution Center who don't know diddly. They have screwed up things more than once for me. There are two women in particular that will NEVER touch my computer again. If they answer the phone, I hang up and call back later.
