because so many of these doctors can't speak worth a sh*t. Trying to tease a coherent thought out of the garbage that we get from he thoughtless doctors and VR is a losing battle. Make those idiot doctors use point and click so that nobody has to put up with them anymore. Nobody makes a living at this job anyway.
