If the hospitals were at all concerned about CA employees, they would not have contracted out their work to any MTSO. Most hospitals are concerned with their budget.

As far as the patients, most probably do not care who is handling their medical records. They may pay lipservice to caring if asked but are not likely to do anything about it.
