"you would have to reapply" because that would be admitting they are only laying off specifically from CA. They aren't admitting this. That letter just says something like "restructuring of operations" NOWHERE does it say they are only laying off CA MTs....

Why would you WANT to move to ARIZONA from CA just to stay with this sorry excuse for an employer anyway?
