To Ms Susan Kappele, Senior Recruiter, M*Modal! I'm certain she was delighted to get such a warm response. I added those medical terms purposely to prove we are expected to know how to spell, pronounce, and know the meaning of these terms, yet she is the one who makes the big bucks and does not have these skills.

Now I am thinking of sending same to Nuance HR...I have nothing to lose.
