MModal will promise you the moon and all you will get is a low wage, scolded for the most ridiculous things--too many commas, too many blanks sent to QA though you've been told repeatedly not to guess, but to send to QA. You could it a trial run if you like, but even that would be a mistake. My advice is walk away quickly, don't even pick up the phone.
