When I worked in-house we used to get annual raises of 3-6%. Most of us are at MW or maybe just a little above MW. I agree, it is one thing to be making 50K a year without a raise compared to making 20-25K a year without a raise. However, I know they will never give MTs more money because they want it all for themselves.
