I'm happy you got a raise. I'm sure you'll appreciate it once you realize this 1 cent can add up nicely. Of course, we all deserve at least a 5 cent or more raise to bring us back up to our former pay and somewhat closer to what we deserve. But you must have shown your HDSM something special to have gotten ANY raise. I have not had a raise for over 10 years and I'm darn good at this job! Of course, I also took a 40% loss after ASR. Oh well.
