Considering they have not raised them in 10 years! Last time was the Harmony book when we become employees. So if you got a raise it just means that you were not at those set tier limits. I am happy for you, but sad that it took this long for them to raise you up to that.
The sad thing is they raise the typing rate but the ASR rate still stays so low. And we all know that 99% of what we do is ASR. Then Noel and his cronies will claim they are giving raises but just like the QA raise for full proof it amounts to less than a dollar per pay period.
