open until a job shows up THEN clock back into Fluency? Will the sitting there with Fluency open, waiting on work be calculated against us somehow? I had an hour difference between Fluency and Teamwork and got called out on it. If we proof and read our reports for accuracy before transmitting, that time adds up that we are not actively typing and also decreases our lph rate. We are not getting up, running an errand, etc., when we know our job is on the line. They need to be more understanding and figure out how that proofing time should not count against us. It's not like for every passing audit we get $$, but we sure lose $$ for being conscientious and slowing down and sending to QA. It's almost a no win situation. We are dinged for not proofing thoroughly and possibly failing an audit, not meeting lph requirements because we ARE taking that time, and taking a chance that Teamwork and Fluency calculation will differ because we took the time.
