You are absolutely correct when you say that consistent and good dictation makes it much easier to get a good line count. I have been doing this work 30 years and have worked for Spheris, MRC, Medquist, American Transcriber, TSI, AND I KNOWN FOR A FACT THAT THE DICTATION YOU GET MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN YOUR LINE COUNT. Now whether there is cherry picking at Mmodal or certain people getting certain work, I am not sure, but it does make a huge difference in your line ocunt.
