the person did, i.e. ask for time off for vacation, not check back, not get the OK for time off, to ASSUME that this was given and then get ticked off when it wasn't? TTS apparently gave her the time off anyway, stating that from now on to work the hours SHE signed on to do. How you can ASSUME that I am the owner or the other person is beyond me. I take the side of right and in this case it is not the MT. I plan on taking a vacation this year but no way, no way would I ever just ask, go ahead and make plans and then get upset when I was the ONE responsible for the mess, not the company. Prima donna.
