As an IC, you have every right to get as many contracts as you can, I believe the terminology is free to offer your services to others. As someone who once worked there, it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The woman is dishonest as the day is long and a control freak. Anyone considering taking a position needs to understand you will be treated as an employee. She can't help herself. I believe it is only going to be the IRS who gets her to see the light of day.
