I accepted employment for her as this would be a "backup account" for me. I wrote her regarding this very issue this morning as my contract with her states 7 cpl.
This was the response I received.
The pay scale actually says 8.5 cpl/DEFINED LINE. As I explained to you, we do not pay by the defined line but by the GROSS LINE in which 7 cents equals approximately 8.5 cpl DEFINED LINE. Unfortunately MT STARS will not allow anyone to put less than 8 cpl in their advertisement, they will bump the ad I was told.
