there is no such thing as cherry picking when it comes to an IC. If an IC has no ESL experience, they cannot be made to learn how either. they are not employees. If the owner has to have that kind of control, the owner needs to hire employees with ESL experience and employees to control people's schedules. It is all elementary in the eyes of the IRS and dept of labor. Kinda doubt you are a former IC at this company and quit because of what you erroneously call cherry picking. That's what the peeps there call it, cherry picking.
