Plus, just look at the rise in the top executive pay at MM.
Add to that, the current better paying jobs will now be minimum wage jobs because they already pay $15 hour, which is 30% above minimum wage. When that occurs, why bother going to the effort to train for a more skilled job when I can flip burgers for the same wage. Don't say personal fulfillment or interesting job. MTing used to provide personal fulfillment, but not being appreciated wage-wise eventually sucks that out when you can no longer afford even basic subsistence.
