Minimum wage jobs are meant for people getting into the workforce, starting out, etc. To earn better you have to do better, go to college, learn a trade. Not "everyone" as the previous poster said needs to earn minimum wage. Minimum wage jobs are minimum wage jobs for a reason. They do not require any special skills, usually just the ability to follow instructions and have a good work ethic. From there, you move up in the company, or better yourself in other ways and move on.
