How can she possibly know or judge who is "lazy"? That sounds like a pretty pejorative accusation coming from someone who came on to post. Such judgmentality always sends off warning bells in my head. Unless she has worked with each and every MT who is on this board, she cannot back up her expression about "lazy." It sounds pretty darned judgmental to me, and not at all helpful.
