without the other party having knowledge and giving consent. You could be setting yourself for a cause of action in a court of law and the idea is to get THEM, not give them a reason to get you. Just please be careful. Consult an attorney in your state before you do it. I personally think N deserves a poke in the eye with a sharp stick, but you have to protect yourselves while doing it.
