So I just realized I made a probably critical error... - I put .17 instead of 0.17

on a lab test.  The doctor said "point 17" and the VR put .17 and I didn't insert the zero, which I know should be there because it's a lab for clarity.

Right after I sent the report I realized I had done this....the second after I sent it.....and I immediately got on Spark (miracle TSM was even there)...and messaged her to advise her what had happened and if she could get it corrected right away.  Her answer:  No, too late.    So now if that report gets audited, I get a CRITICAL error even though I tried to rectifiy it immediately?  What kind of is that???!!!  Patient safety!!!!!  LIARS!  And this proves it.
