on a lab test. The doctor said "point 17" and the VR put .17 and I didn't insert the zero, which I know should be there because it's a lab for clarity.
Right after I sent the report I realized I had done this....the second after I sent it.....and I immediately got on Spark (miracle TSM was even there)...and messaged her to advise her what had happened and if she could get it corrected right away. Her answer: No, too late. So now if that report gets audited, I get a CRITICAL error even though I tried to rectifiy it immediately? What kind of is that???!!! Patient safety!!!!! LIARS! And this proves it.
