at least call the facility to alert them. The only reply I got was that I should have checked the entire report before uploading it. Well touche. AFter I kept pressing she said she would see what she could do. Why do I have a feeling she won't be doing anything and that I will see this very report in a post audit, which I will, of course, FAIL. What a B.
