Sometimes you can just request the TSM to send it back to you and they will (if they can't be bothered fixing it). I have had that once or twice.

It seems ridiculous that it would be too late right after you sent it, and to then say you should have checked the entire report before uploading it, well, duh.

Again, I guess everyone else is allowed to make mistakes except us, and with the added bonus of getting our pay docked for the smallest teensiest error. That is NOT a nice TSM.

Believe me, you are not the only one. This is where it gets ironic. Now who cares about patient safety?

Well, you could take your chances they won't notice, but you want to be absolutely correct and realized you made a mistake (by their terms) and you made an effort to correct it. So then you get dissed and almost certain death by FIESA.

That wasn't even a real error by true standards, but they love making these non-errors into money they can pick off us. Disgusting.
