when you get a nurse or LCSW or the like dictating a report that is longer than the meeting with the patient was, stumbling over the words, repeating themselves and then reveals at the end that the actual interview, examination, diagnosis and plan was done by an MD? Don't you wish the MD dictated instead of assigning the job to this hapless fool?
