Funniest thing--I came here tonight because I needed to vent about a PA who doesn't or can't dictate patient meds and allergies. Like vesitrel, hiperidol, nubian for Vistaril, haloperidol (she dictated Haldol right before that one) and Nubain. Another FNP appears to think palpations and palpitations are synonamous--why don't the other kids laugh at her if they're in the vicinity when she dictates. When I read how much PAs make, I become even more aggravated at the ineptness or at the very least the inability to use the tools of their trade.
