who dictates every Sunday night, very long and tortuous surgical H&Ps. She dictates from home with her screaming toddler in the background, TV on and her voice cuts in and out. She likes to dictate every single lab value that she can find. She dictates several in a row like this and it is a long hellish night for me. As soon as I see she is on, I get up and take 2 Excedrin Migraine so that I can make it through the night.
