Most consistently what I search old reports for is similar phrases because there is a word that I cannot understand and it is usually not a medical term, but simply the dictator saying something with the accent on the wrong syllable. Ask for a reversal on these things - explain how you went about trying to find the word and why you were not able to fill in the blank - we realize that the blank being left is silly - we know that - but we leave it blank because that is better than guessing. Flood them with reversal requests.
