I remember the good old days when we helped each other in the office. I quit Nuance a year ago, before this idiotic plan for deduction for blanks was implemented. I just don't understand the reasoning behind it! Fortunately I'm back in an office setting and I work in an environment which is positive and uplifting. Morale is great as well. Yes, I'm still an MT. I've got 40 years behind me and hopefully a few more years ahead of me. I love what I do. So sorry you are treated so poorly. I hope you can get away from the horrible situation you are in. It's just not fair!
