I work there, have for some years and frankly I am not into how a person runs their business. I cannot imagine leaving a place only to spend your every breathing moment to try and trash it. I don't give a rat's behind if legal or not, don't care because if I am not satisfied about how a place is doing business, then that is a place I would avoid. Again if I AM NOT SATISFIED. You have an ex here and a ticked off used to be employee here and all they accomplish is holding onto rage? Makes no sense to me. The ultimate answer to me is I just do not care how a person or persons run their business.
