I agree. Sometimes communication styles are different and you just have to get past it and try to improve. There's a pretty big learning curve when you're learning British medical language and an entirely new software platform. This is a full-service company so we even have enter the address for where the letters are going and make sure that's correct. Between the British spelling, the accent, the software and dealing with the doctor/clinic/hospital addresses, it can take some time before you stop getting feedback that can sound a little terse. Just stick with it and try to improve and pretty soon you won't get those emails/IMs anymore.
