pool settings while you're working which slows the connection down, they route the same lousy dictators all the time to certain people so you get low line counts and don't get any good dictators, never get any of the supposed freebie templates, and this is especially prevalent on weekends. No way does work come by luck of the draw or by TAT unless they save the total crap for certain people. Never experienced such cherry picking before and it was very aggravating. You had better choose what work type you want the most of carefully when they ask you when you get hired because they will never give you any others if you request them later. So glad I got away from them.
