they hired on a former Nuance QA person whose first name started with M. Had been there 3 years with QA score consistently between 99% and 100% with no major or critical errors. As soon as "M" started, I suddenly couldn't do anything right according to her, with scores under 98% and put on what they call "pull back" multiple times, which is like performance management for a day or two. Up until this time, I was never bothered with emails, phone calls, or asked why my fingers weren't moving on the keyboard. I did my work, got good QA scores, and was left along. So, I did have relatively few problems for 3 years. I never experienced the issues others mentioned. Of course, I found another job with much nicer management and QA, and I'm happy again.
