The good: F/T employees get 3 weeks off after one year.
Bad & Ugly: Micromanagement, outrageously nit picky QA i.e. they can always find error in reports that re 100% correct and per specs. Lengthy QA process: Phone call, email, write on blackboard you will not do this again 100 times (okay, well that's what it feels like). Condescending treatment by QA person.
If you search TTS in Google you will see many MT Stars threads. Basically the complaints are about the same as mentioned above and there is one poster who likes working for them.
If you were to have to choose between TTS, Nuisance and M-Modal, I honestly don't wouldn't know how to advise you. I never had my pay docked at TTS.
