I have enjoyed steady work on the eScription team and my TL is super nice. My primary is an acute care hospital in the South and very rarely do I have to touch my back up. I heard they just picked up new accounts on the Dictaphone team so they may be hiring. I have United for health insurance and they pay every 2 weeks by direct deposit. I am very happy with having the amount of work everyday that I need to pay my bills. At my last company I was OOW almost daily and that was scary. Good luck to you.
