many of which I applied for. In almost every case, once I talked about the job with them, it turned out the job was only going to be for as long as it took to get their front-end speech rec and/or point-click system up and running. Having already been down that road recently, where it ended in a mass layoff, I stopped applying for MT jobs. Just not worth the effort anymore.
