All they have to do is go back to using their transcriptionists directly as ICs. They just need to provide the software to receive their dictation, or allow the MT to transcribe directly into the EMR. Why do they not see this? The MTSOs keep half our line earnings. We can give ourselves a raise to 10 CPL which would still save them 6 CPL. Is the software to do this so expensive that it isn't an option?
