That the jury got it right. The hospital/nurse/and Ms. Juno's doctor are the ones at fault. Not Precyse, not the Indian company they off-shored her medical report to.

Frankly, that type of error (80 vs.8) happens all the time both with American as well as Indian MTs and, in my opinion, is much for a VR problem. Not many MTs would actually transcribe 80 units of insulin...but when you are on production struggling to make your paltry wages, it's very easy to miss something like that. The doctor is the one who ultimately needs to read it for correctness and sign it. And that nurse...SHE is the one who saw the 80 units...and gave it to the patient. REALLY? A nurse should know EIGHTY units is far too much.

That poor innocent woman, Ms.Juno, had to lose her life because of that hospital/nurse, and doctor's negligence. Just sickening and so senseless.
