If they put up the bucks to set up EMR and fund these criminal middle men and are unhappy, then they should consider a change-back.

They could hire local people to do the work either in house or at home using the in-place EMR, which they can then train to produce more accurate reports (by not having hundreds of fingers in the pie messing it up).

The MTs get their jobs back, the docs are happy, and the hospital isn't out too much money for changing. It's a win-win-win.
