Have you found a solution to the problem? I am having the exact same trouble. I have an Infinity IN-USB-1 that I have used with other platforms and it worked. It will not work at all with MModal Fluency. I was told to go to Tools, Options, Audio and select my type of foot pedal and then it would work. Well, it did not work. I was then told to try every single one of the options for foot pedals. I did this, and it still did not work. I do remember that other places I have worked, that the tech guy would go in and set the foot pedal up. The only way to work now is to keep clicking on the controls with the mouse that I can find. This is very slow and annoying.
