working and hoping the pay will get better, should leave now-for any job. You are still in the age bracket of being hired more easily than those of us who are older. Almost all jobs outside of MT will give you yearly raises, cost of living raises, merit based raises plus employer matched benefits, etc. Oh, and maybe a Christmas gift-which my company this year did not! They will hire you for 8 hours and you will have work for your 8 hours. You will not play the game of "flexing, check back later, etc", getting 4 hours work and having to now work 12 hours to get paid for 8, donating 4 hours of your life every day for FREE!
