There are also online courses that are free or cheap. Udemy offers courses that go on sale frequently. If you are thinking of transitioning to another field of work, I would suggest getting out of healthcare entirely. I started out as a nurse's aide, then RN. RN work pays better, but has many more negatives than MT work, in my opinion (long story).
