Cherries, my final thought - anon Posted: Dec 15th, 2015 - 4:39 pm In Reply to: HEY MANAGEMENT - MTThere
My final thought on this, I have worked at different companies where this was allowed. Then you get into conference calls and they want to emphasize teamwork. I have been on such calls where anyone that looked could tell that one MT was not doing a particular doctor's work, all you had to do was pull up reports by his name, and 1 particular MT's name never showed up. Kind of lucky, wasn't she, to work there 4 years and never get the bad dictator that drove everyone else crazy. Hard to sit in conference calls with a team spirit attitude with that MT, knowing what she was getting away with. I also worked with another company, that had a job rejected button. They kept track of rejected jobs and they could easily see a pattern. I don't think it is just Synernet. I think most of them have this built-in type of software enabling them to see, but just do not care as long as a few dedicated MT's will struggle through the bad dictators.
