This has been going on for a LONG time -- at least 1-1/2 years and probably longer. At least one other supe does it, too. I check regularly to see who signs off, and usually these are reports like cataracts, in blocks of 10 dictations or more, "normal" templates with great lines. I've complained about it to no avail, and it just keeps happening, so my guess is that they condone it.
