I had a report type I'd not seen before, very easy and lots of macro potential, but looked in report search to be sure I was doing it correctly. One particular transcriptionist had done 32 of the damned things in an hour block. She did not get those as a first in first out! No way! And sometimes you go, hey, whatever happened to Dr So and So, never get him anymore? Well someone does and in BATCHES!! Meanwhile I'm doing 20 minute long hem-and-haw discharge summaries that add up to 100 lines if I'm lucky! For my whole shift! Lots of funny business going on :(
