Absolutely with you :( Will have a great week, coincidentally with a good mix of work, then a week from hell where I cannot BEGIN to do 1400 lines, and here comes another warning letter... I have NEVER had less than 98.5 on QA, rarely pend, am willing to learn new things, rarely call in sick and try to help on OT. None of that makes me valuable to them if I can't turn the crap work into the required lines. I leave my desk exactly twice in 8 hours and don't touch my phone or even bring it in the room with me. Been doing transcription for eons, many ESLs and all specialties so I'm really discouraged with myself but don't know what else to do anymore.
