I'm waiting on TTS and have a couple questions:
1. Do ICs set their own rate, or is it already determined?
2. Do ICs submit their own invoices for payment?
3. Do ICs work the schedule that works best for them?
4. Do ICs clock in and out?
5. Are ICs responsible to provide proof of their liability insurance and nonexclusion by CMS?
6. Are their employee positions available? Are the rates different?
