2. Do ICs submit their own invoices for payment?
3. Do ICs work the schedule that works best for them? ... They don't offer any flexibility but you could ask.
4. Do ICs clock in and out?...Their software keeps track of your log in and out times.
5. Are ICs responsible to provide proof of their liability insurance and nonexclusion by CMS? ??
6. Are their employee positions available? Are the rates different? They gave me the choice of IC or employee. IC pays 1 CPL more.
